The purpose of this study is to:
● Understand whether past deliveries play a role in shaping app-based delivery drivers’ opinions about the orders they are about to pick up.
● Identify what coping mechanisms and strategies are currently used by couriers' to manage negative work experiences in the BCR.
● Determine how past negative experiences shape couriers' navigational decisions in the BCR.
● Identify what coping mechanisms and strategies are currently used by couriers' to manage negative work experiences in the BCR.
● Determine how past negative experiences shape couriers' navigational decisions in the BCR.
● Know how the role that past experiences play in couriers' journeys differs by gender.
